This Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of all services provided by accpacific.com, including managed hosting, performance optimization, consulting, technical support, CDN configuration, and WordPress/WooCommerce services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers, including those located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old or legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you represent a business, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Nature of Services

accpacific.com provides managed hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce performance optimization, CDN and caching enhancements, security hardening, technical consulting, monitoring, maintenance, and optional third-party integrations.
The specific scope is defined in your selected plan or written agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, safeguard your passwords and access credentials, ensure your website content complies with applicable laws, obtain proper rights for all hosted materials, and maintain backups unless your service plan includes them.

You are responsible for your website’s legal compliance.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, host harmful or illegal content, distribute malware or phishing content, overload systems using automation, reverse-engineer service components, or violate intellectual property or privacy laws.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance or unexpected issues. Features may be modified, and material changes will be communicated when possible.

7. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

All fees are shown before purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. Payments must be made on time, and unpaid balances may result in suspension. Taxes may apply depending on location.

8. Backups and Data Loss

Unless your plan explicitly includes backups, you are responsible for them. accpacific.com does not guarantee data recovery and is not responsible for data loss caused by external plugins, themes, or third-party systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure performance.
accpacific.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

This does not override rights guaranteed under GDPR.

10. Intellectual Property

All scripts, configurations, documentation, and technical materials remain the property of accpacific.comunless stated otherwise. You receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your own website and project.

11. GDPR Compliance

For EU/EEA users, accpacific.com acts as Data Controller for user accounts and Data Processor when handling your website, hosting, or customer data. We follow GDPR principles of lawfulness, transparency, minimization, and security.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose security and operational risks. You may cancel recurring services anytime.

Upon termination, service access ends and data may be deleted.

13. Governing Law

Unless local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of accpacific.com’s jurisdiction. EU customers may also contact their local Data Protection Authority under GDPR.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
